Clamp Shell Aluminium BZT Rooftop Tent

Fully insulated, rigid, clamshell style rooftop tent.  Tent body manufactured from aluminium sheet, laser cut and CNC bent. Ceiling and floor made with 30mm Polystyrene sandwiched between aluminium sheets, added strength and insulation without adding weight. Stainless Steel “Picatinny Rail” on the tent perimeter, allows for easy mounting of accessories and provides protection for the aluminium tent shell. Integrated T-Slots top and bottom for easy mounting of tent, and allows the fitting of load bars on top of the tent. 75mm thick, Multi-Core, quilted mattress: dimensions 1310mm x 2110mm. Wide opening (1800mm), gas assisted tent top with built in 12v power plugs and storage. Tent comes complete with universal mounts and telescopic ladder. Tent is rigid enough to be fitted to load bars, does not require full roof rack Tent and all accessories fully powder coated.
